The 1920s were the time for unrestrained dancing, partying and social life. Jay Gatsby held parties so wild that now, a cool 100 years on, we’re still trying to mimic it. With jazzy swing music, champagne towers, glasses filled to the rim with Mint Julep, the ladies wearing iconic dresses and feather ornaments, boa and hair ties, the gentlemen in stylish black tie and quiffs grazed well into place, the venue shamelessly decked out in pompous glam, gold, glitter, pom-poms and confetti … All this creates a fantastic arena for an unforgettable evening, just the way old Gatsby would have wanted it!
